We'll remember this day after Thanksgiving trip for a long time for 2 reasons:

1. Fished the PM shift only in short sleeves and it was awesome. Didn't get started till 2:00 so no time to waste. Found awesome gull action on Washita flats, along with a dozen or so other nice looking crews. Caught fish under the birds till 3 then moved on to fish structure. Good fish holding very shallow and especially so after sunset, think less than 4'. Water temp right at 60 so we chunked sassys and caught great numbers of box fish. Two dads and two sons, 12 & 7 which make a perfect day. Just a few long fish today but the numbers of 1&2 yr old fish we continue to see is amazing, especially considering where we've come from. All fish caught on Reaxtion sassy heads with chartreuse or white 4" sassy shad bodies. Thanks to Joe for the great heads. Didn't do good at all with pics, got caught in the moment. Got one of our youngest team member though.
Loving this fall!

2. Only fished the PM trip because we did a little deer hunting with the truck on the way down this morning pulling the boat, with two boys in the back seat, no time to react, do believe we killed my truck... but praise God all of us are OK. Got a wrecker to drag my busted up truck. Got a brother to drag the undamaged boat back to Lawton. Switched to a new truck and realized we could still make the afternoon run. Glad we stuck to the plan! Sad to waste such a great buck. Would have been glad to put my buck tag on this old deer if I had been hunting today instead of heading to fish Big T!

Very blessed and amazing day

BTW- watch out for the deer! The urge to breed was strong in this one.
