fought the high winds for a trip with good friend Jim and Grandson Tucker Sat morn. Fished out of IDB. Explored and ended up at Johnson Creek. Found em' in 35 fow out from the swim beach. Good action for a couple hours on Ole Ugly slabs. Thumping helped a lot to keep fish under the boat. Left them biting when the battery played out from holding boat in wind.
after a bumpy ride back to the launch we filleted 20 nice keepers. Really good trip cut short by the wind.

Nice work Robert. Glad you got Tucker on some fish. You have really learned the lake and where to look. It looks like a lot of the sand bass have done their business and are on the way back to main lake spots. David and i have caught a number of big females while crappie fishing and they were spawned out. Another week and it should be really good at our post spawn areas.

Yeah Joe, lake experience is finally starting to pay off. Learned a lot following you around also.We really like RR because it's more friendly to small aluminum boats. Plan to get a pass next year. The seven buck fee is a little pricey.
