My work is actually taking a lot of time so I plan to make up with my family by taking them on a fishing expedition. They love this kind of activity. The problem is it's been too long since I went fishing. Last time my partner and I went fishing, I puked my guts out the whole trip because I somehow developed motion sickness on boats. I really want to impress my husband and children. Any idea why I suddenly developed this? And how can I prevent this from happening again?

Where were you fish?  On Texoma?  It's like an ocean at times.

We were at Devils Lake in North Dakota. I recall that there were no continuous big waves at that time, but I still felt nauseous.

It happened to me once. I felt that way too. Perhaps, I'm just excited and a bit nervous.  But, I also have myself checked by a medical professional.  You might need to do it too.

This weekend, we are going on an island hopping tour. I'm not sure if I'm ready for it but I can't say no to our guest and my family. I also started consulting with Regain to somehow help me be prepared for our trip on the weekend.

That's great! Island hopping is one way to bond and relax with your family. Yes, I agree that its advisable to consult a health professional in preparation for your trip.
