One of my favorites came from someone OK

1/2 graham crackers and 1/2 soda crackers finely ground or crushed
season with seasoned salt or favorite seasoning, I like Lemon Pepper as well

cut fish into bite size pieces, pat dry and coat with the mix
deep fry and eat

I've used crushed soda crackers, I've used crushed Cheetos, I've used Wheaties, I've used panko. Can't say I ever tried graham crackers?
