Glad the business is staying local. I heard they couldn't afford Bandit's contract.

Does anyone know when the new owners will be open for business or if it is possible to order at this time? I was wanting to purchase one of the medium splashers for and upcoming trip and the website is down.

Sorry but no idea when new owner will open. I was not involved in the buy/sell had to go by what Helen told me. I will pass on details as I learn them. I do know it will be located in Buncome Creek area and that the new owner is having to build a shop.

Have a call in for Helen but she hasn't responded. Not sure if she went to CA to visit the kids or not. Paul Casperson also has a call in for her. Even Dave's SKi and Tackle doesn't know. I mean, if I were the new owners, I'd have already hit up my retail stores to let them know what is going on. Geez.

I don't know what's up with Helen, she doesn't even take my calls. I was under the impression, from Helen, that papers were signed and business under new owners control. Guess I need to make a trip over to see her in person. If all there is a verbal agreement I could of kept bldg and selling splashers and what tanks we already had made.

Hi all New to this site and need help. My wife got me a tank for Christmas. It is Black. It must have been a last run or something. I would like to talk to the new owner to see if they can help with this. My wife used the old website. She had no idea it was in transition. the look on her face on Christmas was priceless. Thanks Dave

I had 30 gal in that color that I sold last year. Randy Wright was going to buy it from me until he saw the color. He seemed to know a lot about the manufacture of them, and said this color scheme was a mistake they made on a batch of them. They look better, but they'll absorb heat in the summer due to the color. Mine worked just fine like that, but I had just bought another used boat that already had a 50 gal SBII on it, which is why I sold it.

I didn’t say there was a mistake made on the color. I said that the darker color came after the passing of George. And in my opinion I said I wouldn’t think George would of liked the color. They are I think the best baittank made they are insulated and keep your bait fresh and frisky. I don’t like black vehicles I wouldn’t own one that’s my opinion, blue wave 19 you have a well made baittank I don’t think that you will have any problems with it and I don’t think there would be that much difference in temp because of the insulation between the outer and inner walls.
