Not sure what the portions are as I just throw stuff in there.... Mix up: Olive Oil Paprika Tony Chachere Cajun seasoning Garlic Dijon Mustard Stir it all up. Spread on top of striper fillets that still have the skin on them. Cook skin side down until down (bout 20 minutes) Do not turn. Enjoy.
