I want to confirm if this is true. It's cool then if fishing has health benefits for those who suffer depression, anxiety, and stress. I heard it has long-lasting benefits. I love fishing. Any thoughts about it?

I believe 90% of men go fishing to get away from their wives and kids.

Seriously? Lol.  Anyway, it's good if it can help them with stress. By the way, how about the others who really need counseling or therapy. I don't think that will solve the problemđŸ˜‰

Fishing is a good way to relax. Having too much stress or any behavioral issues is a different thing. Though, it might help a bit.

Fishing can help with stress, anxiety or depression but it may not resolve the entire problem if it already becomes a behavioral disorder. Probably, a person in such a situation needs to seek help from a therapist already.

Ok thanks, guys! I agree fishing will be a great form of relaxation. But, for a serious depressive disorder, I guess a health professional help will be advisable. I was able to hop over this website and I was able to find out the relevance of counseling and therapy if it's needed.

Good to hear that fishing made you happy. I'm now convinced that it is likewise beneficial and a healthy activity to combat stress and depression.
