I know this is a gimme, but my mac&cheese kids and steak&taters wife will eat fish this way, so I'm posting it. Maybe someone will benefit from an easy recipe.
Soak fillets in salty water for a few hours or overnight to draw out blood.
Be extra diligent about red meat, silver skin, and bones when introducing fish to non-fish-eaters.
Drain & pat dry.
Season both sides. Tony Chacheres for adults, Cavenders for kids.
Place on greased aluminum foil in a baking sheet (fold up edges for no mess). Butter on top is a bonus.
Bake until fork-flaky. 400F for 10 minutes works for me.
I like catfish the same way. Other bass not so much. Striper is better.

We do very much the same thing but after putting the large pieces on a cookie sheet we then coat them with a thin layer of Mayonnaise. That's right...Mayo. Then we shake a little lemon pepper on top, a bit of Lawry's for color, bake @ 350 degrees until meat flakes and Mayo turns golden. Non-fish eaters usually gobble this down and ask for more.

My wife does this a little differently and it is one of our favorites. Basically broil anything (we typically use tilapia since I am such a poor fisherman) when it is about done she takes a mixture of mayo, parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, dried basil, celery salt, butter, granulated garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix all that up and spoon it onto the fish and stick it back into the oven on broil until the topping is golden brown. It is awesome. She is Greek. Her dad was a chef here in OKC for 50 years. I am a lucky guy.

If you cut their gills they will bleed out in the livewell and you will have nice white fillets without soaking them in salt water.You also won't have a bloody mess while filleting them.Another good recipe after they are zipped and red meat removed make an egg wash & take equal parts like 1cup of bread crumbs mixed with a cup of fine shredded cheese and what ever seasoning you would like ,put enough butter in a glass baking dish to have about an 8th inch after melting in a 500deg oven then eggwash roll in crumbs and put in baking dish back in the 500 deg oven for approx 5 min or untill fish flakes we like this better than fried fish. But that may be why I can't loose any weight.

Instead of mayo, i put cream with garlic powder. I'm not a fan mayo.
