Fished a  couple of days (Mon. Tues) with a friend over a baited spot.  We probably caught at least 100 or more and didn't catch a single bluecat.  Weren't fishing too deep maybe that was why.  We do the same at Waurika and catch at least 20 blues for every channel (most very small). Wondered if this was the norm on texoma.  Also caught no carp but not complaining about that.

Saw an interesting article about how the big blues migrate up the Red River from Texoma in the summer months, I will try to find it again and post it here

I've caught a few blues in really deep water hugging the thermocline lately on live bait, but nothing very big.

I can't give out the location because it was shared by Drop Em.  Now if Drop Em wants to chime in and give more info he can.

But all I can say is think shallow water.
