Any advice for a rookie to help me catch some shad? I usually put in at Soldier or Caney Creeks when I get to come to Texoma. Any advice will help!

WOW One throw would've done me. Lol
I'm usually too wore out to fish after I get bait. 😨 That's why my sunshine has sit in my storage building about 90% of its life

I can tell you that one day I can get all I need in one place, and the next I can barely find any in the same area. Down right frustrating. Kinda goes hand in hand with the rest of fishing...

Love the Trump thing. Saw a cartoon of air force 1 flying through the air with a large pair of bull balls hanging from the rear of the plane.

I fished the last three days and thanks to Roy and Bryan, I got enough shad to fish with. I do remember why I quit guiding, throwing that net. My shoulder still aces. We did catch a lot of fish and had a super fish fry with the Johnsons from Edmond on Saturday night and fished again on Sunday. I did keep a few for the table and brought them home. Pictures on Facebook.

Get out couple hours before 1st light hopefully with no moonlight, watch where the guides go, use the largest net you can toss which opens 100 %
