Here is my experience with Tycoon.  I needed some fiberglass work done (replace transom) and he had a third party do the work.  After inspection, it was determined that work done was not suitable.  Jeff with no questions asked, refunded my entire payment when I wanted someone else to redo the work.  He told me his reputation was worth more than someone else's bad work and that he would never use that person again.  He has since found a top notch fiberglass person as this was when he was first getting started several years ago.

There are not a lot of people that would do that and that is the reason I would highly recommend them based on my experience.   That spoke volumes to me and earned my trust.  They've always been very friendly to me and made sure the job was done right in the end.  Not much more I could ask for.  I've done business with him several times since then and he's always treated me right.

Roger tell me about your epic. I'm looking at one. Does it handle Texoma rough stuff well. Not sure whether 22 or 25 foot. Are you happy with it.

Tycoon - I had a great experience purchasing a new Legend V20 Tactical. The boat had a few issues that were not a Tycoon problem, they corrected them and sent me on my way happy and no expense from my pocket. Its rare we see a "committed to customer satisfaction" boat seller.

I will go back for Legend service and a pontoon purchase experience later this year.

I also had great service, I took my WA wellcraft in for a water pump, when changing out the pump, they found some water in the lower end unit, called me and we talked about it, order seals on Wed, and I picked the boat up on fri, as promised 1 July, made my weekend awesome. This work was done with out any prior appointment just called in, wow on 4th of July week. I ' ll will be back. Mike

I had a fuel pump issue on our Mastercraft ski boat. After removing it myself and trying to find a replacement we ended up at Tycoon. Talked to Jeff and he said those pumps hardly ever go bad. They took my pump back into their shop and tested it and turns out it had a blockage from a small piece of rubber. I have no idea where it could have come from. Anyway he said pull your boat back here and they helped me put it back in and it worked fine. Didn't charge me a thing either. I would certainly use them anything I'm down here on the lake or if I decide to pull the trigger on one of the Epic CC boats.
