Launched out this morning about 8:30 or so.  Not in a big hurry since it was such a beautiful day.

Water temps 62 or so.  Bout time I got ready to fish, wind died.  I thought "ruh row".

Bout time I started to fish I was reminded that the barometric pressure was 30.2.  Second "ruh row"

Fishing....uh....catching...went as predicted.  NADA

Marked large schools of fish.  Stayed on one school for 30 minutes.  Neither sassys, nor cohos, nor slabs got any of their interest.  I got two hits on a sassy.

From what I'm told, I got there too late.  Guys fishing early got theirs early and then it died out.

I was the bug today; not the windshield.  [frown][frown]

Day wasn't a total loss.  Visited Flanagan's new facility in Sherman, bought shad spray at Academy, picked up 6 buckets at Lowe's for Striper Express, ate pizza at Cellerman's, and visited with Bill Carey about an hour.  😉

WOW! You were a busy guy. I find fishing is good right before the sun goes down.
