Bait was much easier to get this morning, up in shallow water.
Calm winds today but bird action was light. Finally quit looking and stayed on some scattered fish but steady action. 29 Stripers and a handful of dandies and catfish. Biggest Striper was 7 lbs but we also caught a 13lb Flathead. Yum.

Nice Goin' James....[smile]

I bet those boys had fun.....
That's a Real Nice Flathead on Rod-n-Reel !!!

Ax.....you need Live Bait for Yella' Cats...not sure Hillshire Farms has a bait for those....
Maybe you should consider baitin' a couple hooks with Live Perch or sumtin'... [smile]

Did'ya notice James said, "...Flathead. Yum."
I think catchin' some of those might quiet your Catfish Critics...improve the ol'reputation if'ya will...[smile]

I used to tell my customers that only guides are allowed to keep Flatheads. It worked sometimes. [smile]
