Came down 6/27 with three grandsons. Grandma and mothers went to Branson for five days so I said what the hey boys, let’s go to the lake. Got boat out and all batteries were dead so charged them up the first day. Slept in the first morning and then went tubing till about 6pm. Caught several stripers up in big glasses with biggest being 5lb. Caught a lot of sandies up there and one 5 lb drum on crankbait. Yesterday went over towards oil wells and caught several smaller sandbags, a 4lb stripers and a 4 1/2lb green slimy bass that put in a hell of a show for the boys by giving us at least 10 acrobatic jumps and flips. Gonna head back to ada weds and then will be back on the 8th for the rest on the month. Staying at little glasses for big family reunion. I’m in a sky blue nautic Star. If ya see me out and about pull up and say hey. I usually have plenty of cold drinks on board. Always remember, if ya wake up, it’s a good day. If ya can get out of bed by yourself. It’s a great day, if ya can go fishing on beautiful texoma, it’s a freaking awesome day!!!!!

Thanks for the report. Do you mind sharing which lures you were most successful with? Plastics? Slabs? Sassy's? Topwater? Fishing deep?
