Started the day early in the deer stand. Very foggy, nothing moving. Never do well in the fog. Headed out to Texoma with my boy who is in town. He travels most of the year remodeling and building new Academy Sports stores. In fact in January he will be remodeling the Sherman store bringing you all of the latest greatest stuff. Go to my spot and mark a ton of fish. No bites, nada. Move to north island no bites. Fog lifts a little and head back to my spot. Deadsticking does work in the fog. John and I get on them and put quite a few box fish and 3 overs in the ice chest. Biggest today was 25" and 5 pounds. We had a great time.
