Gonna try and get back in the habit of posting a lil’more, hopefully I’ll be more current than this report.
We’ve been fishin’ pretty regular, usually hit the Stripers/Sandies one day, then chase the Ditch Pickles (Bass) the next.
We didn’t fish last weekend, but fished the weekend before.

On Saturday I volunteered to fish a group for Jerry Dorsey’s annual Operation Welcome Home event for our service men & women.
It’s a weekend appreciation event sponsored by local business’, church’s, fishing guides, volunteers, etc., who all donate time & resources to support the troops.

I carried bait for the trip, we started off looking around Table Top, a few decent marks, but we ended up east of Mac Cr..
Only set one anchor and when I called a “time out” to get a better count on the fish we were 2 shy of our 6 man limit.
We had to weed through some small fish, released the ones we could, boxed the bleeders, but most were decent box fish.
My group was from Tinker AFB, great bunch of folks, our military truly are some the finest men & women around.

A big thanks to Brian Prichard with Stripers, Inc. for letting me use his Fish Cleaning Table. Thanks Brian !!!

Here’s a couple pics, a screen pic for depth, water temps, etc., fished baits at 8-10 pulls, had one guy who preferred to come up 8 cranks, it all worked.[smile]

Appreciate the nice comments. Thanks

Axman you do a great job keeping folks informed about upcoming events and special trips for kids, vets, etc..
I know you missed a couple you'd like to have fished this year, but we had fun on a couple others.
I'm hoping next year we're right alongside each other on all of'em !!!
