Pretty quiet on the board.  Not many of the regulars are posting and not sure why, but hope they are OK. Like many, I just sit back and enjoy reading what the others post. If those of us who enjoy this but don't contribute we are headed down a dead end road.  Weather will eventually improve and looking forward to that.  Also looking forward to the start of college football.  Getting up as soon as it gets light and working outside until late morning.  Come in take a shower and sit my 65 year old butt down for a sandwich and watch the noon news.  Pretty much my day, but not complaining.  If you are reading this, why not add a sentence or two.  Always perks me up when I sign on and see a new post regardless of what the topic is.  Shows we are still getting after it.  Keep moving forward!

Terrance, I too agree. My early morning routine begins with a cup of coffee, a quick look at the COE lake level website, and then here for any new postings. Been doing that for, I don’t know, maybe 10 years? When did the SOG site start? Seems like the LTFF on Facebook has picked up the newbies and youngsters. No matter, I still start my day here. Tight lines, my friends.

PS: If ya see a blue and white tritoon with killer whale decals on the side and name “ORCA” on the stern, come on over and say “Hello “.

I check the site on a regular basis, just like I have for the last 15 or so years. Learned how to striper fish on this website, and made some good friends along the way. A lot fewer reports, but still a great place to visit... :-)

My afternoon trips have been really good on slabs.
I got too old to do late trips and early trips it's one or the other now a days . anyhow got the itch to do some early trips . did 3 mornings in a row . got a few fish on a chugbug just blind casting along rocks . caught a few small mouths too .
Bout 8 am there was a good school on top in front of Alberta Creek . got one fish out of it before I left it to the trollers. I'm not finding many schools on top . guess I'm at the wrong place at the right time

Totally agree. I enjoy the posts. I’m guilty of not posting enough. Time to write instead of read. Thanks guys for all your posts.

Where does everyone launch from? Last weekend I set up my Motorhome at Willow Springs. I like the idea of having a slip and camping at the same place.

I’m fairly new to Texoma fishing. I stayed at the Sheppard AFB Annex a couple of weeks ago. Cabins are OK (pretty old) and there’s a Marina and ramp right there. Kept my boat in the water for a hard 3 days of fishing. Only saw them on the surface once and got 3 before they went away. Did ok on live bait around the islands but biggest was only 28”. Looking forward to my next trip as soon as my truck gets out of the shop.
